Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Fin Screener ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LestonzTech ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer and operator of Fin Screener.

1. Description of service

Fin Screener is a financial market screening and analysis application that provides:

• Real-time and delayed market data from global stock exchanges
• Technical and fundamental analysis tools
• Stock screening and filtering features
• Portfolio tracking functionality
• Exportable scan reports in Excel and PDF formats

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Market data displayed in the App is sourced from third-party providers including TradingView and Yahoo Finance. While we strive to display accurate and timely information:

• Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data
• Market data is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
• Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons
• We are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on data provided

5. Subscription and payments

5.1 Free plan

The App offers a free tier with limited features, including a daily analysis limit and a maximum number of watchlist items.

5.2 Pro subscription

Fin Screener Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription, unlocking unlimited analyses, unlimited watchlist items, advanced screening tools, and export features.

5.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through the app store you downloaded the App from — the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.

5.4 Auto-renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

5.5 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the App in an automated manner
• Use the App to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent trading practices
• Distribute, resell, or sublicense the App or its data to third parties
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure
• Circumvent any access controls or usage limits

7. Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, algorithms, and software — are the exclusive property of LestonzTech and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Third-party services

The App integrates data and services from third parties, including:

• TradingView — market data and technical indicators
• Yahoo Finance — historical price data and financial statements
• Adapty — subscription and payment management
• Frankfurter API — currency exchange rates

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We collect minimal personal data necessary to provide the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App or servers are free of viruses or harmful components
• The data provided is accurate, complete, or current

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LESTONZTECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Investment losses resulting from use of the App
• Business interruption

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LestonzTech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any investment decisions made based on information obtained through the App

13. Modifications to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document or by providing notice within the App.

Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

15. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
