LestonzTech ("we," "us," or "our") operates Fin Screener (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the App.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you provide directly
We collect information you voluntarily provide when using the App:
- Portfolio data — stock symbols, purchase prices, quantities, and dates you enter manually
- Watchlist data — stocks you add to your favorites
- App preferences — language, currency, selected exchanges, and display settings
- Subscription status — whether you are on the Free or Pro plan
1.2 Information collected automatically
When you use the App, we may collect:
- Device information — device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers
- Usage data — features used, screens visited, frequency of use, crash reports
- App performance data — error logs and diagnostic information
1.3 Information from third-party services
We use the following third-party services that may collect data independently:
- Adapty — processes subscription and payment information. Adapty handles purchase verification and manages entitlements.
- App stores — the Apple App Store and Google Play handle payment processing.
We do not receive or store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled entirely by the app store you purchased through.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide the service — display personalized portfolio and watchlist data
- Remember your preferences — persist language, currency, and exchange settings across sessions
- Manage subscriptions — verify Pro access and enforce usage limits
- Improve the App — analyze usage patterns to fix bugs and improve features
- Ensure security — detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized use
3. Data storage
3.1 Local storage
The majority of your data — including portfolio entries, watchlist, and preferences — is stored locally on your device. This data does not leave your device unless explicitly exported by you.
3.2 No account required
Fin Screener does not require you to create an account. We do not maintain a user database with personal profiles.
3.3 Anonymous identifier
For subscription management purposes, Adapty may assign an anonymous identifier to your device. This identifier is not linked to your name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information.
3.4 Reddit app
The Fin Screener Reddit app displays aggregated market snapshots only. It does not collect, store, or process Reddit usernames or any user-identifying information. Cached snapshot data contains no personal data.
4. Data sharing and disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers — we use Adapty solely for subscription management. They access only the minimum data necessary to verify your subscription status.
- Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
- Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5. Third-party data sources
The App displays market data from the following sources:
- TradingView — stock prices, technical indicators, and fundamental data
- Yahoo Finance — historical price charts and financial statements
- Frankfurter API — currency exchange rates
Your interactions with these data sources happen through our data fetching only. We do not share your personal information with these data providers.
6. Children's privacy
Fin Screener is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.
7. Data security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information:
- All data stored locally on your device benefits from your device's built-in security
- Subscription data transmitted to Adapty is encrypted in transit using TLS
- We regularly review our data practices to identify and address potential vulnerabilities
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data.
8.1 Access and portability
All your portfolio and watchlist data is stored locally on your device and is directly accessible to you at all times. You can export your scan results in Excel or PDF format at any time.
8.2 Deletion
- Local data — you can clear all locally stored data by uninstalling the App
- Subscription data — contact us to request deletion of any data held by Adapty on your behalf
8.3 Opt out of analytics
You can limit data collection by adjusting your device's privacy settings or by contacting us.
8.4 GDPR rights (EU users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Object to processing of your data
- Data portability

8.5 CCPA rights (California users)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of personal information, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

- Local app data — retained on your device until you uninstall the App or clear app data
- Subscription records — retained by Adapty for as long as necessary to manage your subscription and comply with legal obligations
- Crash and diagnostic logs — retained for up to 90 days for debugging purposes
10. International data transfers
If you are located outside of Turkey, your information may be transferred to and processed in Turkey or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to such transfers. We ensure that any international transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and that appropriate safeguards are in place.
11. Changes to this privacy policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document and by displaying a notice within the App. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
